Testimonial For Stefan Orlita – Personal Trainer.

I recently completed a 6-week Gym fitness programme with Stefan, we met twice weekly and focused on different workout programs designed to improve different muscle groups, all the exercises were chosen by Stefan to help achieve my personal goals of greater mobility, improved posture and more upper body strength.
Stefan was very thorough in his approach to my goals and establishing my current level of fitness, I was impressed with the detailed questions and obvious determination to get the programme absolutely right for me. He has an encyclopaedic knowledge of the human body and knows exactly what muscle does what, I was further impressed when he was able to choose exercises that targeted exactly the right muscles in order.
Stefan demonstrated and explained all the exercises very clearly, initially he was focused on ensuring I had the correct posture and technique for each exercise, once I did, he set low target weights and watched carefully and always using a marks out of 10 grade of difficulty after each set, once he had established a baseline of fitness and strength he then increased the weight or number of reps, making careful notes each time.
Stefan is a very passionate about his fitness training and his enthusiasm certainly motivated me to perform to my very best, I became determined to complete all the exercises to my absolute maximum because I wanted to show him I could do it.. however, despite this effort it was rare for me to feel anything other than minor muscle fatigue after the sessions, I was expecting to have more fatigue or stiffness than I did.
My mobility and strength have improved over the 6 weeks, I feel stronger and inspired to join a gym with my partner to continue with this remarkable change in my lifestyle, I credit Stefan and his dedication for this change and I will be engaging him in the future to help with achieving my future goals.
I would recommend to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and capable trainer to talk to Stefan, be prepared to work hard and he will help you achieve your goals..
